Q : WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ?
A : Once we have received your order we await your bank transfer/cheque/cash/credit card approval. After we have received your payment, we send the order within 10 days.
Q : TRANSFER COSTS : HOW CAN WE PAY BY BANK TRANSFER WITHOUT EXTRA COSTS ?
A : As of July 2003, European banks will no longer charge high costs for international (European) bank transfers. From then on, they will charge the same cost they do for national bank transfers.
Q : HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
A : Select the categorie in the menu on the left.
When you find an item you like, fill in the desired quantity and hit the ‘add to cart’ button. You can check your shopping basket at all times by clicking the small basket at the top right of every page.
When you are ready to order, hit ‘Place Order’ in your shopping basket, after which you’ll have to fill in your personal data. We urge you to fill in all the details in the form, to avoid any mistakes when handling your order.
After you’ve chosen your method of payment, feel free to add some comments or questions at ‘remarks’. Filling in who the payment will come from is also strongly recommended, also to avoid unneccesary mistakes.

Q : HOW CAN I PAY ?
A : At the end of your orderform you’ll find different options of payement : transfer the money, cheque of your bank/sending cash money in an envelope, and also payment by credit card.
Q : TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SEND MAIL ORDERS ?
A : We send mailorders to all the countries in the world. Mail costs in Europe are a bit cheaper than outside the European Union.
Q : WHAT IF THE ARTICLE I BOUGHT AT POPSHOP DOESN’T FIT ?
A : You can always send your item back within two weeks after your purchase, as long as it is in perfect condition (i.e. unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
The extra shipping costs are at your expense, so it’s best to send us an e-mail first to work out the best solution. Generally you can take into account € 4/shirt in Europe, €8/shirt in the rest of the world
Then you can send the item back to us, including a note with your name, e-mail address and requested size/colour. We will send you your merchandise back, again within 10 days after receiving it.
Q : STRANGE THINGS ARE HAPPENING : SUDDENLY MY CART IS EMPTY AGAIN AND I’M ASKED AGAIN WHERE I WANT MY ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED TO !
A : Like many other webshops, Popshop shopping sessions last ca. 20 minutes. If your order hasn’t been placed by then, your cart is automatically emptied again.
This is a safety precaution, especially meant for shoppers using public computers and internet connections.
Q : MY ADDRESS HAS CHANGED OR IWANT TO ADD COMMENT TO MY PERSONAL DATA. WHERE CAN I ALTER THIS ?
A : When you login, you’ll get the chance to update your details. If you have a problem, contact the webmaster to solve it !
